Gemma Rowles - Chair

Gemma joined the Gang in 2003 as scenery/backstage crew. She progressed through to Assistant Stage Manager, Stage Production Manager and then in 2020 became the show's Chair.  Having built lots of valuable experience from being involved for many years, joined with her wonderful artistic talents and amazing organisation skills, Gemma makes great leadership for our show.

Lisa Jenkins - Executive Producer

Lisa joined the Gang in 1996 as a cast member. In 2009 she became the show’s choreographer and then in 2011 took over as the show’s producer. Unable to break herself away from her love of being on stage, she still features as a cast member also! Lisa says Gang Show has been a massive part of her life and given her so much, so it is a pleasure and honour to give something back.

Alan Faulkner - Vice Chair

Alan joined the Gang as cast in 1963. Yes really! He has seen many different producers and many different takes on the show, but his love and dedication continues. He has always given so much time and effort to supporting the show and held many many roles over the years. After handing over the reigns of Chair, Alan sits on the Committee in a supporting Vice Chair capacity and wait for it... he also still remains in the cast! What can we say, the show is just too fantastic to stop!

Stewart Barsellotti – Musical Direct

Stewart started off in the show as cast but in 2011 he hung up his dance shoes and got out his keyboard and took on the role of Musical Director. He does a fantastic job for us, and as much as we miss him on stage, we are so grateful for his hard work and how amazing he makes us sound.

Edd Hadley-Pellatt - Stage Manager/Workshop

Edd has been on stage and off. He runs our workshop team creating amazing sets and been part of our of stage crew for many years. In 2020 Edd took on the role of Stage Manager.

Steph Williams - Costume manager

Sam Hill - PR & Charity

Sam joined the cast in 2004 and has worked hard within the Gang in many different areas including fundraising, show's secretary, guest producing a fantastic number and now also getting us out there assisting with the show's PR!

Simon Jefferies - Front of house manager

Natasha Allen–Treasurer/Choreography

Natasha has been with the Gang as a cast member for many years. She took on the role of Treasurer in 2012 and does a fantastic job at keeping our finances in check. She continues to perform in the cast and can always be relied on to take on other roles and duties as and when required, for example her joining the choreography team in 2013. She is a real asset to the Gang.

Callum Tompkins - Front tab committee chair/Sound Engineer/Fundraising chair/

Callum first joined the Gang in 2006 as a cast member and has been involved in many areas of the show since, including fundraising and crew. He took on the role as Fundraising Chair in 2011 and has been doing a fantastic job, along with his team, raising funds to ensure Gloucester Gang Show can continue for many years to come. Will Owen - Lighting Designer

Will joined the Gang as our Lighting Designer in 2012 and his visions and lighting directions are a real asset to our show.

Kerry Davies - Choreography

Having been in the cast for many years, Kerry joined the Choreography team in 2013. Her years of experience in the show will be a real asset to the team, and being a teacher as a profession, she really has a lot to offer the Gang.

Jake Martin - Assistant Stage Manager/Workshop

Jake has been on stage and off. He is part of our workshop team creating amazing sets and been part of our of stage crew for many years. In 2020 Jake took on the role of Assistant Stage Manager. His craftsmanship is a real asset to the Gang.

Claire Legge - Front tab production

Claire joined the cast many years ago and has brought joy and talent to the show in many different areas. Claire guest produced a fantastic number during her time and is part of the front tab committee also, where she contributes hilarious sketches for our audiences.

Bethan Hadley-Pellatt - Front tab Pr

Beth joined the show as cast many years ago and has been a real asset both on stage and off. She guest produced a fantastic number during her time and is now also part of the front tab committee, where her sense of humour and creativity really show.

Graham Rosam - Percussion

Graham joined us in 2011 as Drums/Percussion. He is fantastic at his role and we love having him on board. A real pleasure to work with.

Rob Pellatt - Box Office

Rob has been taking care of our ticket sales for many years now and what a fab job he does too.
